First time poster, 2 week lurker. This is my 2019 Ram 1500 Laramie 2WD. Just installed the Rough Country 2" leveling kit and some 295/60r20 Nitto's. Its in getting an alignment now, but the drive over was smooth, running currently at 41 PSI. I am thinking that is low since they are max rated at 80psi. Looking at Nitto's website for more info. Anyway, I am loving the look and thought I would share with the rest.

100% no rubbing full turn both directions, no spacers.

Very Nice!! I have the 295/55/20 Ridge Grapplers on mine and love them! Quiet and comfortable! I keep mine at 38 PSI and they are performing perfectly. If I’m going to load the truck, I add air, but have found it’s generally not necessary for my use.

Thanks for the comment. After the alignment, I can see why these tires are so popular, very quite in the cab and the ride is still very smooth. We shall see after 25k how they hold up, though I read it pretty good.

Think they will rub if you didnt have the level?

Interested in the same tires but on my Limited OEM Wheels

Honestly I would hate to guess and be wrong, so idk. The Rough Country leveling kit was only $55 bucks, labor for the installation of the kit, replacing the tires on my rims and balancing the new tires was about $250 bucks. Dodge dealership did my alingmnet for $130, no warranties were voided.

RobRow: do you have any pics of your set up? Do you do any towing?

This looks great. I just picked up a 2019 Big Horn and will steal your setup with the Rough Country 2" leveling kit and 295/60r20 Nitto's. Love the look and hopefully will love the ride/leveling!

I actually do not have any pictures of the actual install and I have not towed anything as of yet. I will check back in after I do haul something. I got the towing package with the truck cause I do plan on hauling a camper pretty soon.

Looks really good Derek3131. I had those tires as well but than decided to lift my limited, so I had to use a much wider tire stance for a more aggressive look. I had just posted some pictures of "Bertha", that's her name. Check it out and tell me what you think.

I think "Bertha" look pretty freaking sweet man. Did you not have the air suspension? How high is that lift? Look like about 8" on the front.

Tonight I took the Rough Country Speedometer Calibrator and set my tires size. So glad I did this, the truck feels like it drives better and I am interested in if my MPG will improve. I did have to go through a little trail and error. My 295/60r20 Nitto ridge grapples are listed as 33.94" in diameter (according to their website) but when I configured my truck to 34" tires, the milage was off compared to GPS by 3-4 mph. So I broke out a tape measure and it appears that my 295/60r20's actually measure out to about 33.25". So again I reset my truck, this time to 33.25" and now I am with in .5 to 1 mph of from GPS speed. I will need to drive along side a buddy or find a traffic radar that displays MPH see how accurate Waze is.

Lesson learned: Always measure your tires diameter front and back.

With the original Air suspension it is 3" but all together it can raise to 8". Thanks for the compliment.

So, would I be safe to run 295/60R20 on my stock height Big Horn? I am planning to get the Rough Country leveling kit installed but that won't happen until sometime in June. I want to take advantage of my local tire shop's Memorial day 10% savings and additional rebates. Right now my stock height RAM Big Horn is running 275/55R20 20x9.

If I can get away with the larger tires without issues that would be awesome. What do you think?

To be honest, your going to rub the inside of the wheel well if you went with the 295/60R20 on OEM rims. Before I lifted my truck I had the Nitto Ridge Grapplers 295/60R20 on OEM rims and when I reversed and turned to the left, I always heard rubbing. I do not know how it might be on the Big Horn but for the Limited edition is what I encountered. I hope this helps a little when making your decision.

Nice truck. How’s ride compared to stock? Any noticeable difference?

I think I went with 32.75 with the same setup

Do you think yours will rub without lift. I will test fit the Ridge 295/55/20 on stock suspension. How's the ride and mileage performance?
