275/65 20 Milestar Patagonia XT tires

I got a great deal on a set MILESTAR PATAGONIA XT 275/65 20 from Walmart and decided to give them a try on my 2019 Ram 1500 Off road Package with stock wheels and a 2 inch leveling kit. It’s old news that this size fits great with this combination but I thought I’d post some pictures cause I know some guys might want to see it before they pull the trigger.

How are they rated against main stream tires? I, for one, have never heard of them and tires are way to important to me to even consider an off-brand regardless of whether Walmart supports them after the fact. Just curious.

I really liked the look and price of these tires I scoured the internet for tests and reviews. I didn’t come up with much except for this

I also found out that Milestar has invested a lot in their Patagonia series tires and offer them in up to 40 inch sizes. Everyone seems to love the Milestar Patagonia MT and the XT (this tire)has the same compound and carcass as the MT but with the hybrid tread design that is so popular right now. They are 10 ply load range E with 18/32 of tread so they are on the heavy side (about 60 lbs)but they road force balanced just as well as the set of bfg KO2s I did on my brothers Jeep. So far after a couple hundred miles they seem on par with bfg all terrains and Goodyear duratracs I have had in the past. They are smooth and quiet. Still to early to tell about rain and snow traction.

How are these tires holding up? Just purchased the Bistein 6112 suspension kit for my 2019 Ram. Plan to lift front 2 and rear 1. (I plan to keep the rake since I tow).

Looking at 275/65/20 tires since I known they’d fit with the 2 inch lift. Looking at these and some other R/T tires (Nitto, Mickey Thompson).

How are the Milestones holding up? Good in snow? I live in New England area, too.
