Hello 5th Gen Nation,

Seeking some wisdom from the powers to be on what avenues to take in regards to adding a larger tire size to my 2022 Ram 1500 Big Horn Quad Cab.
Current size on the truck is 275/55R20 and wanted to put something beefier on the stock 20's like a 285/60R20.
I'm looking at potentially getting a 2" leveling kit for the front or 3" lift from Rough Country to compensate for any rubbing and perhaps wheel spacers if needed.
Has anyone else gone this route with this particular tire size and what were the outcomes? Any info would be greatly appreciated.

Had a puck on my 21 Ram QC 4x4 bighorn, when I bought the Truck. Has 285/60r20. Ride was bad due to puck and no dampening, so got bilstein 5100s all around, I told shop to make front slightly less than back a inch or less. Now I have rubbing I noticed today when turning wheel and backing up grrrrr. Think what makes difference is brand and tread, I have 10 ply open range tires, so less aggressive street tire might be fine. But I would say you would need at least to level the front. I love the look, but the wheels I have and tires are heavy, I mean really heavy. I would say 30 pounds more per wheel due to 10 plys and the weld off road wheels. Really affects gas mileage, by I would say 3 mpg.
