22 Limited On 22x12

Looking at going with 22x12s with -44 offset on
33x12.5 Venom Power Terra Hunter X/T tires. Can I get away with adding these with only spacers or should I go with a lift?

I have 22x12 -44 TIS 544 with nittor 420V 305/45 22s
I rub slightly but then again my tires are like 12 wides instead of 12.5s like the ones u plan on getting

I am running the rough country N3 leveling struts in the front with a stock rear
