2021 Ram 1500, which has a 2” level kit and 35” tires on oem rims. ( this has been my setup for 2.5 years and 35,000KM has been put on. Total mileage 88K KMs

Dealer checked all suspension components and said everything was fine…
Lower Control arms where replaced 6 months ago
New suspension maxx stabilizer links and new stabilizer bar bushings added about 45 days ago.

The noise happens when I turn the wheel. The sound only appeared when I went to full lock and went on incline, or over a small curb.

Now it happens a lot more frequently. I just had the diffs and transfer case fluids change but I don’t think that’s related.

Here is the video. In the video the wheel is fully locked going up a 2% incline driveway. Video of sound

Does it make that sound during a hard turn in reverse or forward? *edit* Okay i just noticed you mentioned wheel full locked.

I would assume cv axle.

I would jack it up and try spinning tire by hand to see if it makes that noise with weight off.

It doesn’t make the sound when the weight is off. Had it at shop again today and they are puzzled.
