Yup, easy fix and this was mentioned on the previous page. In reality, it should be an option in the UConnect 5 System

Chiming in, my CDJR techs tried to change the setting in the IPC, but for some reason my Big Horn doesn’t have the setting. They double checked other Big Horns on the lot and those have the option to change speed door locks. They’ve ordered a replacement digital gauge cluster, so we’ll wait and see if that fixes the problem.

Also had them update UC5 for CarPlay stuttering issues and the TCM for harsh gear changes.

Did my first service today at my selling dealer on my 2025 Limited and showed the advisor the Star bulletin and when looking up my VIN he said he saw the same bulletin. They claim, however, when the tech tried to select the option to enable auto door lock that it was grayed out and couldn't enable it. Then they supposedly tried with another scanner and printed some report with a list of items, saying it was not present on a $91k MSRP vehicle and that the only trim that had it was a Laramie. The advisor didn't even know how to pronounce "Laramie" so I don't think he had a clue. He then asked if I had my window sticker which is in my glove box and looked for it there, another clue that they didn't have a clue.

So, after dealing with this for 6 months, the good news is I have almost trained myself to lock the doors after starting the truck, but I certainly wouldn't mind having it work and one less button to push to get going.

Any suggestions? How do I go about opening a Star case?

Somewhat of a newbie hear. Just purchased my Ram don't even have 300 miles on it and its back to the dealer the same fault. It raises some serious SAFETY concerns for unbuckled rear seat passengers who are minors. So, for no resolution from my dealer, I have filed a complaint with the NHTSA regarding this. Additionally, and it may not that big of a stretch especially due to it being a serious safety issue this may fall under many states' lemon laws. Additionally, I wrote Stellantis RAM Truck as well.

So odd, My lvl 2 Bighorn with the larger screen does not have that option for Auto Locks 5k miles on it

where does it say auto door locks? it's missing! Auto Unlock on Exit is not it.

I'm having the same issue and there is no setting for it that I can find or the dealership can find. Dealership is acting like they are stupid about the situation.

Dealership states RAM is aware and fix will be in a future update.

Seems about right but they can enable this feature at the service department. Again, this should be something available in the UConnect system like previous years.
