2025 1500 Limited doors will not lock/unlock

My 2025 1500 Lone Star (630 mi) door locks failed today. Key fob would make the horn honk, light flash, and it sounded like the locks wanted to unlock, but didn’t unlock the doors. Pushing the lock/unlock buttons on the door did nothing. Had to use the key to get into to the truck and manually unlocked the other doors. After I got home I shut the truck off and manually locked the doors. After about 30 minutes I tried the key fob and it unlocked and locked the doors like it should. One other thing I read during my search on this forum was that the doors should lock at 20 mph. Mine never has done this.
Two questions: Is it only certain trim levels that lock at 20 mph and if so, why do I have an option to unlock when I put in park? Also, is there an update to fix the problem with the truck lock/unlock randomly going dark?

Just adding info to come to & follow this party. 2025 Ram 1500 Limited, 11k miles, Love the truck, but same unresolved issues. Started a few months ago noticing the instrument dash would randomly flash and the trip odometers would reset. I passed this off that it was doing some self updates, etc. and the added fact that the truck sounds like is is starting to disassemble itself under the dash board after it sat off for a min or 2. Now, for the 1st time, I shut truck off and thought I locked doors, but nothing on the locks. mirror lights flash up and running boards came out but none of the doors lock or unlock. either from the fob, phone app, grabbing driver or passenger door handles or their interior door switches. It will be interesting if there is a clear answer / solution that comes of this issue at some point.

the noise under the dash after a minute or 2 is the hydraulic braking system going through a circuit check. Does it every time you shut it off.

Hello everyone, joining the party. I have owned my 2025 Limited for 4 months now (bought used). I was at a stop light with auto stop engaged and the truck just shut itself off. I was able to restart it and get home and now my door locks aren’t working… I am going to wait an hour like you all, but I am curious if anyone was able to find anything out.

I have a new 2025 ram 1500 limited. Love the truck so far this is my 6th ram. Tonight when leaving work everything worked fine, stopped at gas station for milk for wife baking… shut truck off and locked doors with key fob like I normally do. Came back out hit unlock multiple times and tried the handle the truck mirror lights lit up and running boards came out but none of the doors unlocked. Tried the app still would not unlock.. finally used physical key in the fob and lock worked fine. Truck started up and ran fine. No errors on dash. Get home and I now still cant lock or unlock the other doors.. anybody else ever experience this or any ideas? I tried the other fob as well to no avail.. and of course it’s Christmas Eve so nowhere to bring it and I can’t get my kids in the truck.. lol

Yes! Your exact sequence of events just happened to me. 2025 Ram 1500! Very irritating. Now the truck gives me false positives when I lock/unlock. Going to troubleshoot later today.

Any updates? I haven't had this happen in a while, but sometimes when its heavy rain or snow I will have blind spot issues pop up and front emergency braking system unavailable...

Add me to the 'door locks have left the chat' club. Fob works otherwise, double press will pop the tailgate but otherwise the power locks don't respond, but the dash and exterior lights/horn act like it's going to, interior lock buttons don't do anything. Is there a fuse specific to the power locks?
