2021 Ram Pickup 1500 Limited Pickup

My dodge Ram has a premium center console with tandem doors. I've seen videos of how to remove and clean a different style but can't find anything on how to do mine. It's gross and I really will appreciate some help. I'm pretty sure the top does not come off. I tried and it won't budge. But my coin holder doesn't come out either and is attached where it would come off if it in fact did. I'll post pictures so you can get a better understanding. ASAP help will be highly appreciated! In one photo I'm pointing to n area where the rubber insert is attached and will rip if I try pulling it. I was able to remove it partially and in those locations it has plugs it held in with see photo for reference

i don't put any drinks in mine that don't have a screw on cap. that will help you.
i would just spray some type of cleaner or hot soapy water in it and wipe it out. that's what i did when my wife spilled duncan coffee in mine. then i banned togo coffee from the truck.
