Just got done replacing the suspension on truck. Didn't get the 2.6 advertised by Bilstein with the 6112.

Got about 2 inches on clip 8. Center of axle to fender, I'm now at 24 inches.

I also installed the Icon 1.5 rear spring with the 5160. I have about 1 inch of rake still.

Ride is great, but not sure I'm missing the extra .6 of an inch in the front cause of the eTorque weight?

Just thought others may be interested in the true lift height.

You have my truck's twin! Still waiting to do my lift. Thinking about Carli if they ever release theirs!

Did you purchase the lift as a kit or ordered the 6112 separate from the 5160? Can you post a link. It’s what I’m trying to get, but I have fuel rebels 20in with a +20 offset, I got them for cheap so I hope I can still fitn285/65/20 with this set ip

I might get torched for this but I think Carli is over rated. I had a Carli lift on a 2012 F250 and then i put a BDS lift on a 2014 F250. Honestly I could not tell a difference between the two. Now if I would have gotten Kings with the Carli well maybe it would have been better but I think if I put the Kings on the BDS it would be just as good i think. All that to say this time I am going RC just not sure what setup I want yet.

Bought the 6112/5160 combo from Bilsteinlifts:

Also bought/installed Icon 1.5 rear springs and Rough Country UCA.

So in another post, I had asked the same question regarding the less than desired lift from the 6112 included springs. I was told that while they are the same length as the ORP/rebel Springs, they have a different rate and therefore will not provide as much of a lift compared to using the ORP/rebel Springs. Can anyone elaborate further?

I think there's a few member on here that used their existing rebel/orp springs with the 6112. There's a Bilstein table/chart that outlines those differences. Effectively with ORP springs I hear you can get closer to 3" from standard.

Love the look of this, and its the same color as my truck. Im sorry if you already posted this, but did you have ORP springs on this, the ones that are supposed to give 1" lift off the bat? I'm just trying to connect the dots and compare it to my plan to do the 5100's and what tire i can fit with the stock bighorn 20x9's. Thanks for your help!

I did not have ORP springs installed. With the springs that came with the 6112's I only got 2" of lift in the front. This was from a non-ORP/non-Rebel starting point. I was able to fit 295/70r18 with no rubbing. I think they are 34.4 inches or so (Geolander G003).

Hope this helps clarify.

Perfect! That does help and reassures me I can get the 5100's on and fit that size tire. Thanks for clarifying!
