That is right in line what what you could expect. I get about 14-15 city. I get 20-22 highway 65-70. So what you are getting going 80 seems about right. I don't think there is anything wrong with your truck based on those numbers, if that is what you're trying to figure out.
The EPA computed mileage on a stripped 4x4 of unknown cab type or bed length is 15/21 for the straight hemi and 17/22 for the ET he has, so his mpg's are close for in town, a bit low for the highway however the options, lift, tires and maybe speeds/hills could account for that, as well as winter gas.
Here's a very complicated Excel spreadsheet the EPA used for test car data, if you can figure out what it means you're better than me:
This web page provides links to data files containing descriptions of vehicles used for fuel economy testing.

I found this EPA site at:
https://www.fueleconomy.gov/feg/Find.do?action=sbs&id=43016&id=43017
It can compare several vehicles side by side. So I typed in the 1500 series 4x 5.7 ET and the non-hybrid: (Note, there is no information on trim level or base weight provided, you can presume its the lightest configurations possible!) It lists the "mild hybrid" ET truck at 17/22 and the straight hemi at 15/21. NOTE- "mid-grade gas"
Evidently formatting/spacing is a mess but you can go on that website and play with it.
