Ordered a 2021 ram 1500 Laramie will put a 2inch level kit on it. Am going with the toyo RTs. My question is with the leveling kit should I go with 275/70/18 or 285/75/18 or maybe 295's. Currently have the 275/70/18 on a f-150 with no level and like it but with the 2in level on the Laramie would the 285's or 295 be a better look not sure which way to go any pics and or opinions would be appreciated Thanks

Not looking for the biggest just a tire that would fill up the wheel well with a tire that's not to big but not to small Kinda afraid the 275/70 may be a little on the small side with the 2inch leveling kit but definatley not a great big tire which would be give a negative hit on mpg.i reckon set that would "look right"
????

Do the 295/70 on there as the RT is already an aggressive looking tire and would give the filled look with being stuffed in there.

Porboy are you saying go with the 295s or no ?

I’m saying the 295 was a filling look and it was close to the LCA, but if I were in your position I would do the 295/70...

Ok thanks I wonder how much the 295s would effect speedometer?

You'll have to recalibrate the speedo so your shift points, speedometer, mpg gauge, etc are accurate

Ok thank you sir. One more thing is how do you recalibrate all this? ( I’m very green at this as you can tell)

I think rough country makes one that is like 150 bucks. You'll wanna have a GPS speedometer on your phone to make sure your adjustments with the calibration tool, which you'll plug into the vehicle (not an app), is reading correctly. For example, many folks with 35" tires recalibrate to like 33.7" through the recal tool.

Ok thanks again for taking the time to respond I appreciate it sir

No worries dude. We were all new once. Easiest way would be to take it to the dealership and have them do it for you, usually not that big of a deal.

Ok thanks
The dealership won't recalibrate the speedo. You might be able to get them to calibrate it to a 33" tire since that is a factory option but not likely. Anything beyond that will not be done, period. Many have tried, along with myself.
