As the title states, my truck will randomly pull to the right. It usually does when under 20 mph. It's a 2wd and the suspension is 100% stock. Anyone have any idea why it would he doing this? Tire pressure is 40 psi for all 4 tires, truck only has 2300 miles on it, haven't hit any curbs or large pot holes. Like I said it will do it for about 5 minutes or until I go above 20 mph.

Take it to the dealer, seems like the electric power steering is freaking out
I took it to them before but they of course said "We can't replicate the problem". That's why I took the video. Thank you for the feedback, I'll pass it off to my service manager.

It could also be a tire that needs re-balanced. The alignment could be off but that's hard to believe since it only happens at low speed

Good that you have the video

The one time I did take it in they checked the suspension components, tires, etc. They said the alignment was off by a little but not enough to cause it to pull. I have an appointment set for next week, need to have the two recalls taken care of too.

Low tire pressure on that side? Maybe less noticable after a few minutes when the tires have warmed up and the psi increases The tire pressure monitor is usually accurate but it couldn't hurt to check with a gauge
Edit: could also be a sticky caliper

Mine does the same thing when I first start driving it , only for about 2 minutes then it tracks straight .

Mine does that same thing! As soon as I start it and drive the first minute or two. Does that seem normal to you or is only driving me crazy?

I'm thinking I could have a bad tire. I'll try swapping the front tires. If it starts pulling to the left, then I'll know for sure.

Hi @Smerberj - If you would be interested in the additional support of a case specialist for your dealer visit, please do not hesitate to follow up with me via PM. They can review your concern, then assist you and the dealership in exhausting all available resources to have the concern addressed and resolved.

I certainly don’t think it’s normal , mine goes into the dealer in 2 weeks

Mine does the same thing but just for about 3-4 blocks. 3000 miles and it only did it 3 times whether the weather is hot or freezing. I hope there isn't a safety issue. Ford was unable to fix the surging engine in my so I went to Ram.

Mine is now repaired. When the factory performed an alignment after the truck was produced they forgot to lock something in the steering column, this was causing it to occasionally wander. Dealership fixed it after two visits.

There's a TSB for pulling to the right
