2020 Ram 1500 Dead Battery & Error Codes

My 2020 Ram 1500 4WD was working fine the day before but the next it was dead as a door knob and wouldn’t start. I tried jumping it off but no luck so I put in a new battery and started up just fine but now it's showing "4WD system temporarily unavailable" and " Service Electronic Stability Control". Does anyone know what is going on or any information it fix this before I go to a mechanic or dealership!

More than likely just bc of the battery replacement unless you had issues before or something else happened. Clear the codes and it should be fine. Autozone can do it for you
