My 2020 1500 Ram v6 etorque Bighorn developed a squeeze from MGU at 89000km. Nearly a $3000 repair. Dealer couldn't get stock. Chrysler changed part number and doubled the price. Finally got one. Took Nearly a month to get it from Mopar in Alberta . Chrysler will not do anything. They acknowledge there's a problem with these MGUs but they don't do the right thing. So frustrating.I have the same noise on my 2020 Ram Rebel. Luckily my issue started at 59,950 miles. 50 miles left on the warranty. My dealer said the the MGU is known to make noise and at one point Chrysler changed them but Chrysler stopped changing them because it’s expensive and the noise does not mean defective. They said I would need to contact Chrysler directly to come up with a solution because at the dealer level they could not do anything.
