2020 Ram 1500 5.7 — Persistent Tick After Injectors & Manifolds, Could It Be Lifters?

Hey everyone,
I’ve got a 2020 Ram 1500 5.7 HEMI (114k miles) with a metallic tick that never went away. Here’s the history:

• Feb: P0303 (cyl 3 misfire) → dealer replaced injectors 1, 3, 5.
• Both exhaust manifolds replaced. Tick persisted.
• Truck idles rough, no major power loss.
• Misfires happen after oil changes — Feb and yesterday.

I have ASC Factory Type warranty (no deductible).

Could this be classic lifter/cam issues on the 5.7 HEMI? How did you get your dealer/warranty to properly diagnose it?
