Cannot listen to anything it automatically changes modes. The mute,screen off buttons are not working either.Dealer replaced radio unit and its doing same now they are waiting on something else to try! Anybody have an idea what could be wrong instead of poking and hoping!

Steering wheel buttons. Something could have gotten in there and be shorting the buttons. Like, did you have any kind of interior protectant done at the dealer?
Yes but it was changing channels while I was looking at it before purchase. They could of detailed it before that day also! I bought it used and it's driving me nuts! I've had it there twice and this week will make 3 times and am hoping whatever is going on with wheel will correct it! Just seems weird the mute and screen off buttons don't work and they aren't connected by wheel and every other button on radio works!
