2020 1500 no Crank

Mine just did it this morning. Went to remote start and then click. I tried a few times and got nothing. So I hooked up jumper cables to my wife’s Jeep and still was getting nothing until I kept trying over and over. Finally it cranked up but my guess it is the starter.

On my 2020 1500 limited 5.7 etorque I have been having the same issue. And I went to replace the starter only to find the electrical connection lug was loose the stater is still good. I have seen one or two other similar cases. The nut is 13mm

2020 1500 5.7 non e torque, no start/stop. It is currently in the shop getting the starter swapped out. Just curious what this cost other people to have this done as well. Thanks!

Anyone ever have trouble with 2020 1500 bighorn not turning over? All power and everything comes up fine, no messages, just a click and no crank. New battery, and once in a while it will start and work fine for a day or so then it will be back to no crank. There was a cluck the last time it started, almost immediatelty after or when the starter was disengaging. Dealer won't do anything but continue to start it dozens of times trying to get a code.
It's the starter; I just changed mine at 66k miles.

I bought one from a dealership cost me $325 w/ $75 core charge

My battery only lasted a little over 2 years. I changed it a few months ago. I notice it turned over slow and my dash cam which was plugged in blinked out when the starter turned over. The next time I when to start it I changed the setting on the speedometer to show voltage and it read 11.5 volts so I knew the battery was weak. When running it went up to 14.5 volts. So the battery was shot. After I changed the battery It's fixed.

This is very disappointing as exact same issues on my ‘19 Limited with only 67k on it. Dropped almost $300 for a new battery last month, the factory one was toast. All of the last week no start, no codes, full charge on brand new Duracell. Tapping starter was no help. Have three new relays coming to see it it is just not getting any juice. I have the MVP, lifetime unlimited but dealer always wants to charge $200 for diagnostic and then $100 deductible. They also refuse to honor the rental vehicle agreement, part of the FCA MVP, if mine is in the shop overnight. I just have very little faith in dealers service tech’s and they always seem to find excuses to deny, or partially deny, coverages. It also needs the broken exhaust manifold bolt replaced and rear window leak fixed (the window will interesting as I have a shell on the back). I hate taking it in as I have to empty everything that is not nailed down out. I am a contractor and my truck is full of tools and equipment. The “Decked System” does lock but it is a huge hassle all the way around.
