2019 Ram Rebel aftermarket audio install

I'm installing a complete audio system in my Rebel. I was told that I would have to disable the active noise cancelling speakers in the truck and one dealer recommended buying a part for doing this. Can anyone verify if this is true and why would it be needed?

The active noise cancellation will no longer work once you remove / unhook the factory amp (located under the driver's seat). What did the dealer recommend you purchase for this?

I will be using the ap4-ch41 so technically I will be still using the amp

did the ap4-ch41 work . i have no confirmation from crutchfield
