I wanted to post this because I looked all over the web to find a video or post explaining how to do this but couldn't find anything. I doubt anyone will need to replace their oil pan on a new truck but this one I got at auction and it was in an accident. All I did was remove the air box, plastic radiator shroud, clamp on exhaust pipe near the passenger side firewall, and the engine mounts. I believe I used a 10mm, 13mm, and 21mm for the engine mounts. Once everything was out and loose I raised the engine slowly, checking to see if anything was in the way. It took less than 4 hours to take it apart, put the new pan in and put back together. IMG_2152.jpg

Thanks for sharing. Was the oil pan the only thing damaged in the accident?

No it got hit on the right side so it'll need a new door, fender and one headlight. BTW the headlight is $700 for one but I got it on ebay for $305. Also I had to replace the lower control arm, steering stabilizer, both sway bar links & the one shock. Good thing I have all this time on my hands to get all this done.
