I have had a 19 Limited since 19 (second owner). I just had to put a new battery in it, and after doing so, it no longer has all the options on my Uconnect as it used to. It went from the Limited blue/purple, to the red background on the screen. It no longer showed my cameras as an option anywhere, and I couldn't find my profile. Dash seemed normal. Any way to get all those features and stuff back? Its like it forgot it was a Limited:LOL::LOL:.

Any help is appreciated.

How long have you waited? It can take up to 6 hours or so for everything to come back. It's well documented on here. Lots of posts about it.

Definitely hasn't been that long. I will wait. I searched new battery, and there were all sorts of other issues, I hadn't seen this one. Did find my last thread about replacing battery, but it was at the dealership and didn't have this issue.

Thanks for the help.

I just had to replace my factory battery 59K 2020 Laramie. I just replaced the battery but did not use any form of voltage maintainer during the swap.
My HVAC went wacky (a known problem with battery change). I did not get any warning lights (also a known problem).
I just tolerated the lack of heat. The next morning all better (make sure the truck has a clear view of the sky/internet/GPS) truck needs to, "phone home." These are well-documented problems, with the battery change and no voltage, is maintained during the swap.

It's been several hours - now go see if the wacky things are better and please report back.
If not see if there are any codes stored - report back the codes/lights so that others can provide you some useful information/advice.
