Bought a certified used 2019 RAM 1500 Crew Cab. Working beautifully for the first two months. Then the digital instrument cluster started working intermittently. Got no support from RAM. This was March 2022. one dealership gave me an appointment for November. Another dealership gave an appointment in October. Brought it in and they said out of warranty. But it wasn’t when I originally called. Anyway, they have the truck now and told me the part is on back order. Could be 2-6 weeks. Maybe more. I have a loaner, but come on. Also, the oil pan rusted to the point that it needs replacing and the wiring for the rear assist had major rust issues and stopped working. Wiring not covered. Oil pan is the only thing being covered. How does wiring rust out in a 3 yr old vehicle so quickly??
Update - the parts came in and everything has been fixed. Oil pan covered. Charged $1687 to replace the digital instrument cluster and the wiring harness and rear assist sensors. This is absurd that nothing was covered being it’s on the internet that there are issues with the instrument cluster and that the wiring just rusted within 3 yrs??? Inferior parts!!

I had wiring issues with my 21 ram at 8000 miles, 4 trips to dealer to get it resolved. Good luck!
