2019 Ram 1500 5.7 Coolant???

Anyone know what coolant I’m suppose to use? I don’t know if I’m suppose to use 50/50 or non diluted.

Did you flush your system, or are you trying to top it off?

Both 10-year coolants are the same. One is premixed (50/50) the other needs mixed with distilled water

The rule of thumb is if buying concentrate, mix it 50/50 with (preferably) distilled water.

Guys, I have another question. I have hose leak from the line that goes into the oil filter housing. I’m assuming this is the engine oil cooler hose. I am going to replace it but I know once I take that off hose off, it’s going to start pouring out. Am I ok to retake off the hose, let it drain, install the new hose, and fill her back in through the coolant reservoir? Or do I fill her up through the actual radiator?

Did not flush. I have a leak on the hose that leads to the oil filter housing.

Fill it through the radiator, then top off the reservoir if it needs it after you’ve cycled all the air out

This is good, and another alternative is to let all the coolant drain and re-add it using a vacuum coolant filler tool. Even those aren’t perfect every time though.

Gathering all my diesel stuff together to send with my ‘17 EcoDiesel… does this ‘19 5.7 Hemi require the same OAT coolant?
