This is my work truck and today coming back from a trip the CEL went off. Started to slip and decided to check temps. Read 217F and ended up pulling over to let it cool down. After a while I continued on and the slipping was very bad. Limped over to a Chevron where I called Chrysler to get it towed to the dealer. Spilled transmission fluid all over the parking lot. No reverse gear.

It's a 2019 with 13,955 miles on it. No towing, but does haul quite frequently up to around 1400 pounds, usually around 500. Installed a Tommy Gate lift to it. Been great except for this.

I sincerely regret to hear that this happened, gtab55. If you’d like an additional layer of assistance while you work with your dealer, please do not hesitate to send us a private message. We’d be happy to help.
