I have been having intermittent power steering failures as many of you have also been having. My 2019 does not have any "unresolved" issues according to VIN lookup but it seems like we are all having the same exact issue based on your descriptions. This first began for me once I hit the 36k mile marker (conveniently) so obviously no longer a warranty fix. The problem is intermittent but getting worse. There are no codes coming up or dash errors.
Has anyone found a resolution that does not include replacement of the PS module ($2-3k)?

Could be caused by less than optimal ground connections, worth a shot going after them and making sure everything is really clean.

I’m having the same issues, 2019 Ram Limited needing the power steering replaced. I had issues around 20,000 miles and they performed a service bulletin, seemed to be fine for a while then the same symptoms started around 42,000 miles. Got it into the dealer at 47,000 to have them look into it again. They said the power steering needs replaced, all under the extended warranty which is good but no time frame on parts, dealer said a nationwide back order. First delivery date, 7/25 which the dealer said it would not be in and likely pushed out again. Now 8/8 and again they said they will push it out. How long has everyone been experiencing the delays before the dealer actually receives the parts to perform the repairs?

My intermediate shaft had to be replaced since the steering was getting sticky. They replaced it while i waited but cost me $1110.00

If you're having issues with no codes, I'd start with the I-shaft.
