Hello,
I have a 2019 Ram bighorn and my driver side heated seat quit working a few days ago. It will light up and 3 seconds later it will turn off. Passenger side and steering wheel heater still work perfectly. I did check to make sure the fuse was good and nothing came unplugged. Anyone else have this issues or have any idea?

Haven’t had it with this truck but in my yukon that same thing happened and it was because part of it burned out which broke the circuit and caused it to cut itself off I’m assuming as a safety

Yes, I have read that happening with earlier years and it makes sense. I was just hoping for maybe an easier fix or something else because it's not very old. Next weekend I may peel the seat skin off and see if I can see anything. Thanks!

Apologies for the trouble! If this is something you decide to address with your Ram dealer, we would be more than willing to escalate a case on your behalf to a specialist for further support through that process. Please do not hesitate to follow up via private message with any additional questions.

Why not take it to the dealership? You still under warranty?
