1500 and 2500 shared bed?

Title pretty much sums it up!

I've got a bed cap for my 2019 1500 that I'd like to put on a 2020 2500.

Both beds are 6.5".

Will it work?

I meant to add that the 1500 is a crew cab and the 2500 is a Mega.

You need to add one more thing. 5'7 or 6'4. ( I see you said 6'4) And have to assume you mean the DT 5th Gen and not the 2019 DS classic.

The HeavyDuty does not have the same bed as the 5th Gen DT. But the dimensions are similar.

Others here have used 4th Gen stuff on their 5th Gen. And a 2019 classic has the same bed as a 2020 2500...if in the 6'4 size.

The short answer is yes...but there will be a bit of discrepancies.
