12" uconnect has no signal

My 12" uconnect in my ram 1500 2019, has no embedded cell signal, or internal signal that it uses for like sos, GPS, updates, etc. My radio/xm and everything else seems to still be working, but my GPS won't update, can start my truck with guardian app, make sos/assist calls. Does anyone have a fix for this? Thanks for any help.
