12" Uconnect Flicker When Adjusting Seat?

I've got a 2019 Rebel 12 (December 5, 2018 build) with 400 miles on it. Its been absolutely perfect, but just today I noticed while driving if I hit the driver seat back adjust it would cause the screen to blackout momentarily. It would do this consistently every time I hit the seat adjust, maybe more so when raising the seat back than lower it. Obvious cause would be a low voltage/amperage condition cause by the draw on the power seat adjust, but seems unusual. Has anyone else experienced this or know anything about this? Thanks.

By the way, I love this truck, nicest vehicle I've ever owned by far. Granite Crystal Crewcab, Rebel 12 package, no other options.

I see you haven't gotten any responses.....

Mine does the same thing, only with the passenger seat., and only with the recline button (in either direction).

Anyone else??

If you have heated or cooled seats there could be a ground issue since the controls are on the comfort screen. You probably should take it in and have it checked to avoid a bigger issue.

Bumping this thread.

Day 2 at the dealer and they still haven't figured out what is causing the flicker.

Just got my truck back from the dealer. In the process of diagnosing with the STAR engineer, they replaced the seat switch, checked for voltage drops when activating the switch, etc. with no success. Then the problem went away when they re-seated some of the connectors.

The consensus is that it was a grounding issue. They shook the connectors and tried to reproduce the issue and couldn't. They tightened some grounds, etc. just for good measure, but nothing more. The settings in the screen (12") were back to defaults, but no problems getting it set back up like I had it.
