12” inch screen upgrade lvds

Just install a 12” screen on my 2020 ram 1500 ac heat works fine the only issue its that when i try to press the screen it won’t work I hear you have to mach the lvds cable same as the screen year, looking for some info if anyone can help me or had the same issue

You have the wrong screen. That’s a 2019-2021 Uconnect 4 radio module, and a 2022+ Uconnect 5 screen. You have to use a 2019-2021 Uconnect 4 screen, otherwise the touchscreen will be unresponsive.
