If you have the bad tank no tricks work. It just keeps clicking off and is pretty impossible to fill.

There are many threads here on the gas fill issue. Some people including me had to have the tank replaced because Ram did a re-design, they were having so many issues with it.

You can also buy the repair clip on Ebay. I was out of warranty and figured I would try the clip fix to see if worked and so far its been fine...

Take the screws out and unplug the wires until you get it sorted out.

It would be a good trick to pull on some know it all to find the power steering fluid fill!

No mine still does it on right turns. It makes this grunting sound but the steering still functions normally.

This time the passenger side broke. I bought the Chinese version of the repair kit and installed it today. It works fine and was pretty easy to install with an extra pair of hands to help hold the visor while you get it all lined up to get the screws in.

Yesterday the passenger side broke. This is about as useless a design as you could possibly produce. Did they really think that cheap plastic would hold up? Used the ebay cheap chinese plastic ones for now. They seem to be strong enough to support the hinge.
