I think it might be time to do the brakes. I usually trade out of trucks before needed to do them but I’m keeping this one. How many miles do these trucks get on the factory pads? When do you usually change them?
Finally got her sitting the way I want. Installed the Readylift 2” Level w/UCA’s and Toyo Open Country R/T Trail LT295/70R18 a few weeks ago but it was so level that it almost looked front high, so I installed 1” Motofab spacers in the rear. LOVE the way it looks and rides. Tires are way better...
Ok, that’s what I’m trying to figure out. I’m going to re-measure on flat level ground later today. Will do all 4 corners from the ground and from the hub up. I might have 1/4-1/2” variation but overall they are all pretty close to level. No air ride on mine and don’t tow/haul enough to require...
Yeah, I was waiting to see. So many people claim they don’t get a full 2” with a 2” level. Mine is dead on. I’m not hauling 2000lbs or towing 12k so the stock 2” rake is a little overkill. I might lean towards the 1.5” over the 1” though. Thank you.
I recently added a 2” Readylift Leveling Kit w/UCA’s to my Rebel and so far I absolutely love it. Gave me the full 2” and everything. I’m sitting at 40” from ground to top of wheel well on all 4 corners now. It is perfectly “level” but when it’s level it has a slight front high appearance. I...
Update: I calibrated my speedometer (which makes the odometer accurate as well). With it corrected I just got 14.7mpg on my latest tank. A full 1mpg better than my overall average. Very pleased so far with these new Toyos.
I just updated my tires and TPMS using JSCAN and OBDMX+. Speedo is dead on using 34.5” and set the front TPMS to 50 and rear to 40. Toyo recommended I run the front at 49psi and rear at 37psi.
Yes. It’s a Ram thing. Nothing you can do, all devices will trigger that when you go above a certain size. I have mine set at 34.5 and they’re gone, but I always disabled them with the switches anyway because I hate beeps.
