My 2020 Limited does the same thing. I plan to have it addressed soon. Not surprised to have steering concerns since my 2019 had steering problems as well but not the same. This makes two 5th gens with multiple issues for me. Pretty frustrating.

It’s not going to be fixed or recognized by Ram. My 2019 had the issue and my 2020 replacement has it as well. Some days the truck is as smooth as can be and others not so much on the exact same route I’ve been driving for 18 years.

Complete. I did not spend a lot of time on it but the only change I could really find so far was that the sat radio feature of starting songs from the beginning and fast forwarding and rewinding was now available on select stations. It uses the streaming ability for this.

Mine with air suspension does the same thing. It definitely seems to be from the front passenger side.

Same here. On Oct 31 I got that same email with them saying they should receive the replacement the next day and have it shipped out with a return label. Then this Tuesday I asked them for an update or if there was any way to track the replacement and on Wednesday I received the exact same email...

If you go to you purchase confirmation email and click the status of order button it will take you to a page where you can click contact us and fill out an electronic form. Emails didn’t work for me but after submitting the electronic form I heard back later that day.

You can get it as long as you get the limited level 1 package as well.
