Updated to 19.49.13 in the Bay Area west coast

.... and out of nowhere my radio update to 19.49.13. Build date 6/19.
Haven’t had a chance to play with it yet.... we’ll see.

Complete. I did not spend a lot of time on it but the only change I could really find so far was that the sat radio feature of starting songs from the beginning and fast forwarding and rewinding was now available on select stations. It uses the streaming ability for this.
