This was correct, just got it back today. They changed out the diff fluid for a thicker diff fluid and add the slip additive. They told me Ram had recently changed the spec on it and that this was a return to a previous diff fluid.

Dealer rebuilt my rear diff and it did not solve the grinding issue.

Have an appointment in a week and a half and just sent this TSB to the service advisor. Will let everyone know what the results are.

I have this same issue, however it appears to be coming from the rear of the vehicle. When I turn in either direction I get a rub/grind out of the back it seems. Dealer has replaced my rear diff to no avail on the issue. I attached a video I took from the outside with my wife driving the truck.
