Yea i just contacted my dealer and apparently they have had them in the parts department for a few days now with my name on them. Obvousily they didnt contact me or ship them to me like they were supposed too. Shipping now so hopefully a few days i will get them. Another dealer F up.

I picked up my truck about a month ago and with the deal they threw in the all weather mats. But they had to order them. I keep callin the dealer and they are saying that the mats are on national backorder. Anyone else know about this?

So i took it to Dodge and they had to really slam the tailgate to shut it off, they said it shouldnt be that hard to shut and bring it back to the place that installed the cover. Soni took it back to the place that they installed my cover and they cut a 1/16" of an inch of the cover rails off...

I am in the same boat. Just had cover installed yesterday. There is no contact between the cover and tailgate at all so its not holding it back at all. I currently have my negative cable unhooked. I doubt that will fix it.

I just got my tonneau cover installed and now my tailgate open message is coming up. Brought it back to where i had it installed and they have no clue why it is happening, he suggested bringing to the dealer to reset something? The tailgate is shut and locked and no way i can pull it open so not...
