I am soon to crest 150,000 on my 2020 Ram 1500 w/3.6l and it has been flawless thus far with just regular basic maintenance. I do plan to do some 150k maintenance soon but have been waiting for cooler weather and time to get it done.

All my friends that laughed when I got a used 2020 with a Pentastar v6 because they all get at least 19mpg with a Hemi are now envious of the fact that I get 22+ mpg with mine no matter how I drive it (unless towing). Very happy with this engine and at 86k miles there have been zero problems.

In our area, the Toyota dealer is no way near as good as the one the OP describes nor is either of the Ram dealers as bad. I think some dealerships are just managed much better than others regardless of brand.
