Alpha OBD

I have a 2019 Ram 2500, but assume this is for all rams. I was going to buy Alpha obd but few of the links didn’t work on supporting hardware to buy. What do you guys use for your rams?

Can you be more specific on what you are looking for? Is it a Bluetooth OBD adapter? The security bypass cable?

• You need a security gateway bypass:
  • This is the one I purchased for ~$25: Amazon link
  • This one is commonly recommended for ~$50: Infotainment link
• You need an OBD device to connect your Windows laptop or Android phone/tablet to:

  • I can't recall which other ones will work so I'll refrain from listing any more but there are options

Has anyone used Alphaobd to customize the software on your Ram? Does it work with on 2019 trucks? I’m hesitant to pay $130 for my dealer to add the sales code for the factory trailer brake controller that I installed myself. Could this be an option? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
