Yes, finally had one call me Saturday.. he is looking into it and getting back to me Monday. Said normally a formal letter sent by an attorney office to the dealership usually kicks the dealership into a resolution mode.. but will have to pay 1-2k retainer fee/deposit up front
I appreciate it brotha. I sent in letter to the Iowa Attorney General and tomorrow will be calling some attorneys up there too see what they can do. I love the truck, but not everything wing with it already and the fact that I can't get it fixed without going out of pocket. Would never of bought...
So they texted me this morning. I never replied.. I don't get how The extended warranty, Ethos, will cover all these things, after I spoke to Ethos yesterday with the service manager at the local Ram dealership here, and they said the gaskets, dash board, etc aren't covered..
But they texted me...
Trust me I thought about that.. but the last thing that I need to do, is drive 13 hours up there, nothing gets resolved, I lose it and get thrown in jail.. etc etc..and then drive the 13 hours back.. and just be even more infuriated🤷🏼♂️🤬🤬
I just want them to take it back, hell I told them I would be happy to purchase another truck from their lot if they would
Why is the 30 day off purchase crucial?
Appreciate the message.. they sent me this text this morning... I haven't responded.. wondering what I should do next.. Already filed last night with Iowa Attorney General
