My "19" Laramie has the bench seat and it's also a light colored interior (Mountain Brown/Light frost beige), also with the so called long box 6'4" so it is quite the unicorn. I'm somewhat looking for a newer truck and going to a 2500 with the same options. It is just about impossible to find...
As has been said 4 auto can be used pretty much any time, 4 high it should be slick or greasy out. Depending upon the year of the vehicle 4 auto often engages the axle disconnect as soon as it is turned on then the computer controls and modulates the 4wd clutch pack as it thinks it needs to. So...
I have two sets of rims, one has my summer so called "all season". The other has my studded Nokian snow tires. Both sets have tpms sensors and RAM is good enough that the system will automatically reset itself to the correct sensors.
I don't believe I have ever had a tank of fuel average close to 20 mpg, the best I recall was about 18 with mostly interstate driving at 65 mph.
My overall averages are between 15 and 18 mpg, with my 19 and the 5.7.
Actually the running boards pre dated the lock out hubs by many years, I can recall when the locking hubs were an option or not even available from the factory.
One issue with many trucks and cars these days is the width of the tires. Those wide low profile tires may look good to some people but in snow they are just about worthless. A relatively narrower tire of the same height will slice through snow. The wider tire has to ride up over it and pack it...

For your information I have looked through the paper one in my truck today, and also searched the PDF one on my computer.
Damned smart mouth little ****
OK, feeling a bit dumb here. Went to a drive thru Christmas light show. How in the heck do we turn all the lights off on these damned trucks, 2019 1500 Laramie. Tried everything I could think off even played with that damned electric park brake. It turned them off for a second, then right back on.
If the rf hub is fried and your truck has to be towed don't worry about it.
One, use a carry deck wrecker then can and will winch it right on even if the wheels don't turn, no big deal.
Two, a conventional front or rear tow wrecker with a set of dollys.
Either way your tires and wheels don't...
I went with the auto actuation so it is exercised frequently, I don't recall how the pedal to apply is connected. But in the wonderful NorthEast and all the ice melters they apply to the roads an occasionally applied mechanical brake will corrode and hang up or freeze in the winter.
By using...
Use a boost pack to provide power, turn off the auto park brake in settings, then I'd put the transfer case in neutral rather then mess with the transmission neutral.
