Hopefully it is not your Ram. I would check a couple of things...1st the cord, 2nd the plug, and finally hard restart the phone itself. I have thought a hardware issue was actually a bad cord or the phone needed a reset.

I was also (and still am) concerned about longevity...but compared to the other coatings I have used in the past (Wolfgang and cheap Amazon C9), this was sooo easy. It was easier to see flash and very forgiving. Honestly, I could reapply annually and be happy based on the end result.

Laramie was very nice inside, but the interior on the Limited 5th Gen is next level. Interior noise is unbelievably quiet. Seats are more comfortable. Headlights and electronics are awesome.
