    It could be that the key fob is too close to the vehicle, or the RF hub is going bad. Make sure there's no water leaking behind the back seat.

    ROUGH starts on cold starts?

    That is wild. First thoughts are fuel problem, vacuum leak, or sensor which seems to have been covered. The AC compressor puts some load into on the engine. Would think live data would provide a clue. What happens with the AC NOT in auto?

    Something tells me Ram will give you the middle finger when it comes to coverage. Could be wrong tho. I wouldn't leave clamps on long term, as is will compress the walls of the hose. You can install one of the "hacks" on the heater nose to block it off. This would be your best and cheapest...
