Salesman told me it came in today and sent me this Get to go pick it up tomorrow!

Just got a call from my dealership that my truck arrived in NJ today from Michigan. My dealership now has to send down a cargo truck to pick it up and bring back to the dealership. Gonna have it any day now!

More good news today, “I am showing that your vehicle has been built pending installation of additional equipment”

I placed my order with the dealership and gave my deposit on January 11th. When I checked in on Jan 25th the dealer told me he didn’t have the VON or VIN. I found out this week that he only actually placed the order on the 25th after I called asking for an update. Hopefully the same didn’t...

RamChat finally started saying that the parts are in and it is scheduled to be built “very soon” rather than that the parts are still being allocated. Not really gonna take anything from that as everyone is saying parts are in but aren’t getting anywhere. Also talked to my dealer on the phone...

Yeah I had actually asked if all the parts were gathered when they said it was going to start assembly. They said they had all the parts but changed their story today and now are waiting for more parts

RamCares couldn’t be anymore useless. Was told on the 9th that my truck is about to start assembly. Checked with them again today to be told it’s still in the scheduling phase awaiting parts.

Ordered my truck on 1/11, called the dealer today asking for a VON and VIN. Was told he had neither and didn’t know when he would get them.
