I tow a cougar 32rli which is just about 35ft without a issue, i have about 10k miles on my setup. I will say until I got my Hensley hitch its wasn't that fun to tow around.
Youre manifolds are cracked, they will prob be on back order. Every ram dealer around me is terrible about loaners. Welcome to the reality of once you buy it they could care less about you now.
Well at 60263 miles I now need another set of manifolds. Trucks stinks in the cab after remote starting it like exhaust again. So glad I'm just outside of my warranty. I even made sure with this set to never tow with the truck cold. Always started it and let it get to temp.
The bearing in the unit was failing. The tech heard it and they replaced the unit under warranty. I was at 57k miles and didnt wana get stuck out of warranty with a failed unit.
Mine was making noise like that. Seemed like on shorts trips it was more prevalent. Once the bearing got warm the noise would go away completely. My dealer didn't hear it at first but I replied I wasn't taking the truck back till the noise was confirmed.

Mine is making the same noise. Its at the dealership now. I'm at 56k miles on the standard warranty so hopefully they can find the issue and it be covered.

I tow a 9k lb camper, a 4k lb empty dump trailer and my boat thats prob close to 6k with the air lifts. They 100% help with sag if you air them up first before hooking the trailer up. I have at least 15,000 miles towing with them and they are well worth it for the price.
Unpin the two wires you cut from the connector. Should give you a little more slack to maneuver and solder then back together. Then reinstall the pins into the connector
So heres what I found, I pulled the 3rd brake light off again. \Cleaned all the silicone off. Started to remove the oem gasketand there was about a 2" section that wasnt stuck to the lamp at all. So i removed all of the gasket and went the butyl tape route. After 2 days of heavy rain I...
