Service Traction control, trailer brake, and 4WD...

I ordered the actuator off of Rock Auto and did it myself. Stabbing the new one back proved to be a headache but after doing it once, if I had t o do it again it would take me probably 20 minutes start to finish.

Are there any high mileage Gen3 Eco's with stock tune on here?

T-6, I've never done an oil analysis so I couldn't tell you much beyond that. Heck for all I know my intake and EGR could be nearly plugged, but the only service light I have had was for a bad 4wd actuator. Still runs like it did when I drove it off the lot new right before Covid.

Are there any high mileage Gen3 Eco's with stock tune on here?

2020 eco bone stock with170k on the clock. Never run any additives, and have run nothing but Rotella and truck stop DEF since new.

    Service 4wd System

I bet it's your 4wd actuator, I recently had the same issue. I ordered the part from rock auto and changed it out in less than 45 minutes, you might have to add a little oil to the front differential as you will lose a little bit when you remove the old actuator...

Service Traction control, trailer brake, and 4WD...

Just out of curiosity was your actuator covered under the 5/100 warranty? Not that it matters in my case, but I was just wondering.

Service Traction control, trailer brake, and 4WD...

This is cross posted on another forum as well, but I went to start my truck today and out of nowhere I got all three of these messages popping up at once. Everything runs and drives fine so I am scratching my head. Just a glitch perhaps, I am going to unhook the battery tomorrow and let it sit...

    Eco Oil Change $360

I run Rotella T-6 and buy my filters on Amazon. My last oil change cost me +/- $70. I just broke 110k miles on my 2020 all w/ Rotella.

Ok how many here have 0 problems with eco D

No mechanical issues with my 2020. I did have the rear window leak that I fixed with Permatex, but other than that it has been great.

2025 Ram REV Just a Regular 1500 Truck With Electric Underpants

I don't GAF about any of the EV stuff, but that Tungsten interior is sick. Hopefully it makes it's way to the HD trucks.

How many miles on your Eco diesel?

    I don't use any additives.

How many miles on your Eco diesel?

120,000 miles, I've used Rotella T-6 since first oil change, also run truck stop DEF. I haven't had any mechanical issues yet, and the only issue I have had were that the auto high beams would disable themselves for no reason.

    diesel shortage

Elections have consequences. We as a country are all footing the bill for the peace of mind of a few, as long as they keep pushing their "green agenda" we are all going to keep paying the price. Killing the Keystone XL pipeline and strong arming drilling permits, while also increasing...

    10K Service Charges seem odd.

They're trying to break it off in your rear end, no pun intended. The only semi-reasonable cost on there is the oil/filter change.

    Oil analysis report.

I have been running T-6 since the second oil change, I have 50k miles on the odometer and it purrs like a kitten. I average 23-25 mpg hwy and 20 in town. I have only been to the dealer to get my spare key programmed and for an issue with my automatic high beams. Mechanically it has been...

Transmission may be slipping or something else is the problem

Mine is a 2020 and it does the same thing, it happens sporadically especially when backing out of a parking spot. It actually feels like bad u-joints, but that's not the case in my instance. I have 30k miles on mine and need to get it in to the dealership to have it looked at. As you said, It...

    Recommended vs REQUIRED oil spec

Why are people not talking about Quaker State Euro that clearly meets the spec, and cost less than any other mentioned oil? Also it can be readily found on the shelves of our local Wal-Mart in 5qt Jugs.
