*OFFICIAL Rough Country 3.5 // ReadyLift 3.5 thread.

Yeh 3.5 RL kit is pretty awesome...I’m salivating over new TRX now though 🤤🤤

Nope, just the rear coil spring spacers and bump stop landing pads that comes with kit, which levels truck to 3.5” rear and 3.5” front.

Slight pause in rain so here you go...Truck is on a slight downhill grade

Yes and yes. 1.5” Venum spacers all around. Has the perfect amount of poke (for me)...It’s raining here now but once ends I’ll try and take pics and post.

    Wheel Spacers

I have Venum 1.5” spacers all around, torqued to 130, and just returned from a road trip and driving on toll highway where speed limit was 85 mph. Set cruise to 90, smooth as silk, no vibration

I didn’t take as knocking either...It’s all great, friendly discussion/exchange which is why I like this forum

    Borla Exhaust

I felt the same after paying so much for my Borla S-Type, but the fact that it is seamless, don’t have to think about possible drone, etc. it’s worth it...Like the adage - “You get what you pay for”

Anyone Running 305/50/20 AT Tires on Stock Suspension

This was my first stock tire replacement and learned with the stock 20” wheels it’s not the ideal setup. It’s just way too wide a tire (I think it’s 12.5” wide) for the stock 20” wheels which leads to significant suspension component rubbing issues. If you read through forum I think you’ll see...

Ram getting rid of the 5.7 in favor of an Inline 6?

+1 for me for gas-electric hybrid vs full on EV for our next Gen Rams. Just makes since for maintaining Ram truck capability while still evolving...Guess that’s why Ford did power boost...Ram should probably follow...Gas-electric hybrid vs full EV is the way to go for half-ton and up...

    Led headlights

Hmm, not sure that’s related to LED bulb functioning. I’ll have to test that out. But even to remote start you have to have all doors closed... and also locked.

Ram getting rid of the 5.7 in favor of an Inline 6?

Yeh it’s funny I came from a 2.7 F150 EB and it was ridiculously fast compared to my ‘20 Ram Hemi, but never got the the same compliments I get now from eg car wash attendants, valet parkers, etc...That Hemi V8 rumble/Borla exhaust combo at startup and initial step on the gas gets them every...

Gwatt, guess I’m not tracking why you’d want to start truck with doors open anyway 🤔

    Bilstein 5100

Believe the prevailing wisdom from this forum is anything over 2” lift MUST go either Mopar or quality aftermarket UCAs. Stock UCAs just can’t handle more than 2”’s.

    Led headlights

Mine are rock solid after 2+ years and harsh weather from heavy rains, Texas winter storm, etc. Yes, head and fog lamps through fender wells. It’s pretty easy just watch all their YouTube vids. Think the relatively hardest was interior dome lights but again just watch their vids and should be...

*OFFICIAL Rough Country 3.5 // ReadyLift 3.5 thread.

Used everything in my RL 3.5 SST lift kit except the 2” preload spacers up front. Shop recommended only installing the 1.5” top hat spacers over my adjustable bilsteins and not the 2” preloads for a smoother ride, and they were right....Smooth as butter....With just top hats they adjust...

    33s with readylift level

Nope, moves just as fast but again with feel of a heavier duty truck. Recommend always recalibrate speedometer with larger tires. I just bought the Rough Country speedo recalibrator on Amazon. It’s an easy adjustment and not only corrects Speedo but smooths out ride by correcting shift points.

    33s with readylift level

Had 33s on 2” level. Got the 3.5 RL and rode with 33s for awhile, but just didn’t look right (to me), so upgraded to 35s and looks perfect. Had to do some trimming/cutting and wheel spacers. Have 3.21 gears and no issues - accelerates normal, albeit can tell weight of larger tires, but get used...
