I've had mine for more than a month. The app makes it so easy to change on the fly. I started with CITY mode and didn't get the response I wanted so went to SPORT. Tried most of the 8 settings but progressively landed on +2. I really appreciate how you can dial it in to your own driving...
I guess I'm missing something. You can't apply the brake while you're in the car wash. Are you talking about at the end of the wash when you try to drive away?
Today I left my FOB in the cab when I got out at the store. I pressed the button and locked the truck. Immediately realized what had happened.
I leave my spare key in my Camelback which is in the RamBox most of the time. Of course the RamBox was locked too. Luckily I had my phone on me and...
Damn! Bought mine on Amazon last week for $285. Wish I had known this was an option.
That being said, I love what my PC has done for my driving experience. While its not the same as a direct wire to the throttle its pretty close. Most of the hesitation from stop is gone and much better...
What is your build date? I got mine in November, one of the first Rebel's with RamBoxes. I was told they had to find another vendor, and I can see why. I'm guessing you have an earlier build.
I'm in NH as well. Don't make your decision based on possible system failure alone. My '16 Rebel w/Air had only one incident in 3 years and my '19 Rebel w/Air worked all winter flawlessly.
Get the suspension that drives the best in your opinion. I will say the AS isn't at its best on our...
The red truck showing open lids must be a Retrax pic. There are other threads showing half opened RamBox lids. Real world, they bind and make a hideous racket while opening. This happens because the rubber "seal" that runs the length of the Retrax rail overlaps the lid by 1/2-3/4" and binds...
I laughed when I heard that guy say that. You know off camera he was asking 'Sir did I say that right?'
I've always liked the exterior looks of the Ram better than any other truck, but 3 trucks ago when they went to the 8" screen, leather wheel, stitched dashboard and serious bucket seats...
Mine is the manual MX cover which sounds like it may be a little longer than yours. It seals on the tailgate about as well as any of the rollup covers I've had over the years. As you said the problem isn't the seal but how the tailgate interfaces with the sides of the bed. Last storm I had...
I did install it and am now very happy with well it works. I needed a retractable cover that could stop/stay anywhere along the track.
I did have to modify the bed rails in order to allow the RamBox lids to open freely. Took an afternoon to do it.
As others have said, Retrax customer...
I got a nasty scratch on my rear bumper. It's pretty deep, right down to the aluminum/steel. I have some flat black spay from the auto parts store but its too gray.
Has anybody had to touch-up their bumper yet? Would Dr. Colorchip work on it?
You should be asking it the other way around.
They are both equally equipped, just differently.
Both are great trucks but the Rebel has attitude.
