Upper control arm/ball joint went today

It looks like the stock upper control arm. I'm still doing research to find out what a good quality replacement would be. Until the, the truck will sit in the driveway.

Upper control arm/ball joint went today

I know this is a few months old, but this just happened to me on my 2020 Ram 1500 with 39k miles. It has the Rocky Ridge 2 in level from the factory. The dealer actually replaced the puck leveling kit with coilovers. Luckily it happened backing down the driveway. I have had many trucks over...

    Oil Pan Gasket Leak

I mentioned a rear main seal to the lead tech and he said "no way, not on a Hemi". I guess I'll find out in the next few weeks. I was hoping to put a few more miles before trading this truck in.

    Oil Pan Gasket Leak

I can see where the oil is seeping from the rear right of the pan gasket and dripping down from my bell housing. The exact same place it was leaking before they replaced the gasket.

    Oil Pan Gasket Leak

2020 Ram 1500 Big Horn with the 5.7 and 33,000 miles. The dealer has replaced the gasket, but its still leaking in the same place. It took them almost 3 weeks to replace it the first time so I'm not real excited about dropping my truck off again. Is this a common problem on these trucks?

In-depth review of Flowmaster Super 10 with factory resonators

Can you tell me if you used a Flowmaster 2.5 or 3 inch? I have listened to video's and there does seem to be a difference.

In-depth review of Flowmaster Super 10 with factory resonators

That sounds perfect! Do you have a part number so I can make sure I order the right part?

    WHAT IN THE THUMP!!!

I'll take it to an indy when I get it back. The Rocky Ridge and the SCA trucks both did the same thing. My truck is a 2020 DT 1500 with 4,000 mi

    WHAT IN THE THUMP!!!

We test drove 3 different trucks with the same set up that were on the lot and all 3 of them did the thump. I'll mention the sway bar when I go in for a test driver here in a few. They took the spacers out, no thump. They put the coilovers in this morning and the thump is back. Any chance it...

    WHAT IN THE THUMP!!!

I started off with leveling spacers and when I went over speed bumps I heard a solid thump coming from the front end. The dealer thought it was the spring fully compressing and put a set of RC Coilover shocks on. The problem still persists. Would a new set of UCA"s fix this? And what is...

    Timbrens

Take a look a Sumo Springs before you pull the trigger in some Timbrens. I have had both and found the Timbrens to ride rough, especially when you are unloaded. The Sumo Springs gave a much better ride when unloaded and worked great when loaded. Sorry I couldn't answer your question, just...

Off Road Group Level overextending shocks

I'm at 4,500 miles and already have a cracked spring isolator. I'm guessing its from the harsh bumps and jarring thats taking place. I know for my old Duramax, I got the Bilstein 5100 shocks when I leveled it because they were longer than the stockers. Does this go the same for the Ram 1500's?

Off Road Group Level overextending shocks

My Ram 1500 came from the dealer leveled with a 2.5 in top hat spacer from the dealer. It took a little research to find out that the Off Road Group has different shocks. Can someone tell me the length of these shocks/struts? I feel I am having over extending issues when hitting pot holes...

    Updated 2" Mopar Lift/Level Kit - Discussion

Will this kit eliminate the thud I feel in the front end when the struts over extend on big bumps?

    Rocky Ridge = Rough Ride

Did the Mopar lift not completely level your truck? My truck now is perfectly level on all 4 corners. I may just have to wait until the Bilstein Coilover lift is available again.

    Rocky Ridge = Rough Ride

He says the Bilstein Adjustable leveling kit that is currently out of stock or the BDS kit with the Fox shocks that is $2,700. I am not happy with just the spacers in there and would like to know which route would give me a close to factory ride. I can't trust the vendor sites because they all...

    Improving ride quality

What Bilstein 5100s are you referring to? I also have the blocks and hate them. Don't mind spending some money, but want to make sure I don't end up with the same crappy ride.

    Rocky Ridge = Rough Ride

My truck is completely level right now and I like the look. I am OK with a little rake if that's what I need to fix the rough ride. I'm not sure if the harshness has gotten worse, but the rough ride and thumping in the front end came out on my first road trip (at 4,000 mi). So far the dealer...

    Rocky Ridge = Rough Ride

I have a 2020 Ram Big Horn with the Rocky Ridge Package. My previous trucks were a 2016 Laramie 2500 Cummins and 2017 Laramie 1500, so I'm pretty familiar with how good these trucks can ride. My Rocky Ridge level is made up of blocks only and it rides like garbage. When I hit speed bumps and...
