My state's (VA) lemon law is applicable after the vehicle has been out of service for 30 days or more. They did offer to cover monthly payments but that doesn't do anything to help me get to work.
I just created a post describing my situation with the Etorque generator. My truck has been at the dealer for 41 days and they have no estimated time frame for when the part will get in. Left with no other option I submitted a request to lemon law it.
Hey all, has anyone had issues getting the Generator/Alternator E-Torque replaced? I have a 2020 Laramie with less than 10K miles, and the alternator went out on 4 September; I had it towed to the dealership that same day. Its been at the dealership ever since with no estimate on when the part...

Thanks for pointing that out, it is on the window sticker so I’m going ask what the additional 2,695 in fees are. I’m sure there are valid fees in there but not that many.
Not sure but It has the following main options:
Advance Safety Group
Night edition
Level 2 equipment group
12” UConnect
Etorque V8
Dual pane sunroof
Trailer brake control
Floor Mats
3.92 rear axel
Rear wheel liners
2020 Laramie - MSRP $64,575.
8,095 Discount + 4,500 rebates = $12,595 off MSRP
Before fee and tax = 51,980
Fee $2,649.50
Tax $2,369.62
OTD price $56,999.12
