Back in June 2021 I was hit by flat bed trailer that was disconnected from a truck on a highway going appx 60mph that caused in $23K in repairs for my 2020 RAM 1500. Couple weeks ago I started DV claim with their insurance. A few days ago got an offer letter to settle for $2K which is way lower...

I average 15mpg, my commute is 50/50 hwy/city with 3.92 + 6.4 bed, 4x4 97% is off.

Looks like yes, there was a stock resonator! Sound dropped by 30-40% I would say, especially on cold start which was important to me! I don't want to be one of those neighbors :sneaky:

Correct... cutting is required. Resonator comes with detailed instructions how to do it.

Ended up buying resonator, Type-s is too loud on cold start especially at 6am :) Took me 40 mins the most to install, super easy... sounds much better now, pretty much what I wanted initially

Definitely only ceramic I would recommend! Mine is all around, best thing to do in CA for sure. - rear 5% on top of factory - front 35% - windshield 50%

At home on my driveway myself... use ramps like for oil change to jack rear end up and bring air suspension to highest level

It is louder than I expected especially on cold start, once warmed up it's quieter... I plan to switch between stock exhaust for winter season and Borla for summer. It takes max 1.5hrs to swap...

big mpg factor is what rear gear ratio you have... best mpg with 3.21, worse with 3.92 from what I've been reading here

I'm from Sacramento but I swapped my Borla TypeS for winter with stock exhaust. Remote start 4-5 mins before leaving home around 6am I feel sorry for my awesome neighbors. I should put it back at the end of March probably, DM me if you did not find anyone yet.
