I'm noticing this issue as well. I just drove my Ram 1500 (now with approx. 6700 miles) to Florida for our family vacation this week and have been noticing the rough downshifting as well when coming to a stop. It is really noticeable when driving at low speeds.

I ordered mine on Amazon and got it the next day. Maybe cancel your order and get it from Amazon?

Hello all, I just purchased a 5th Gen Ram 1500 and ive noticed that the HVAC fan speed on Max AC is lower than when it is on Auto and it is trying to cool the interior. Any information out there I can read up about this issue? Thanks so much!

I have a Laramie equipped with the LED lighting package and the functionality is the same as you are describing. I think it is a big help at night!
